Picked this hotel for its location, safe and convenient. I was upgraded upon arrival but due to certain reasons we decide to take the original booking room, but was told it was sold out. The staff (Caucasian with black hair) was very impatient with us and gave us attitude, whereas the other one was nicer… then next day we had some early shift staff and they were super friendly.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location on a quiet street. With two teens, we opted for the family room not realizing it was actually adjoining rooms. What a luxury! Everyone had room to spread out. The pool and sauna were a fabulous amenity to recharge in the afternoons before dinner.

Our stay was amazing! When we arrived, both ladies at the front desk were very nice, attentive and friendly. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. The shower was great and the towels were soft. The area was very quiet, yet there were many restaurants and stores around. Walking distance to Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Luxembourg Park. Every interaction we had with the staff was very pleasant. I would stay there again.

I've never been so happy with a hotel in Paris that wasn't $800 per night. I would have liked a better-stocked bar but we didn't stay in the Latin Quarter to hang out at the hotel bar every night. And we absolutely loved our room, number 114!

The hotel is located close to the Luxembourg train station. The room is a bit small and there is nowhere to put things. The shower was very spacious. The housekeeping service was excellent, they tidied and cleaned every day. The hotel also has an indoor pool which is very nice to be in. The things I liked least are: 1. That the hotel controls the air conditioning and I as a customer have no control over it. 2. The towel warmer works at the hours the hotel decides and not when I need it. 3. The haute pastry The receptionist told us that we had to pay 10 cents, we didn't understand what it was for. In general, the hotel is beautifully decorated, the service was always smiling and helpful.
