There was no pool available. There was no spa available. It was not working. The phone in our room was not working even though we had a suite. we ordered for one night and the delivery guy could not contact us because the room phone was not working even though the hotel staff had our number they didn’t call us to let us know about the food delivery and the guy ended up taking the food back and we had to sleep hungry. The hotel did not even offer us any food. When we complained they were rude to us.

Our bed was moving around the room, maybe they forgot to mount it to the wall? Check out and check in was very weird, took very long time. Told us our credit card didn’t work, when it was their machine that didn’t work and hold us down for a long time.
