Compare Hotels with Pool in Parramatta

Nice convenient hotel for Darling Harbour access. Carpark is very convenient, yet very tight. Got a Ranger in and out with mm to spare either side on two corners. Good hotel. good staff and good house cleaning.

Staff was extremely attentive to detail. The front door man overheard I may have had a medical emergency during my stay and took a moment to personally relay to me information regarding the doctor who is on call for the hotel, and also relayed the message to the general manager, who reached out and offered assistance and personal contact info. The service was exceptional, above and beyond, and reassured me.

Handy location, to international airport. Easy check in & out through kiosk at Rydges & the online link to give you a QR code, then a box to drop your card off into in the foyer on the way out no need to see staff at all. Dinner at Smithy’s bar down stairs was delicious steak sandwich was cooked to perfection & the bread was soft & delightful with a smooth sauce on a bed of rocket.

Enjoyed our stay - the view from the restaurant and high tea lunch was fantastic.
