Very clean, friendly staff and excellent option for access to the international airport

Internet was very fast! Dinner and breakfast were all very delicious. Stuff were all nice to us. Respond our request were very fast. It means we are so happy with their service in all of the areas.

A Hyatt package came up and I decided to book it but as a longtime Accor loyalist, I didn’t expect much. I was blown away! The room was perfect, quiet, the amenities were great, and the location was fantastic. I walked everywhere or took the train. The best part, though, was the staff. They were warm, polite, and genuinely kind. Everything I needed was met with a “no problem.” I felt heard, seen, and truly valued. Carl and Ahmoud were amazing and went out of their way to make my stay incredible. Not once was I met with annoyance or anything negative — just smiles and kindness from every staff member I encountered. They honestly made me want to be a better person — that’s how exceptional the service was. I will absolutely be back!
