Non stellar experience after a long day of work

We tried to check in around 9-9:15pm after a very long work day outside in the weather. No one was at the front desk for over 15 minutes. We finally go into the room-the AC was not working and the fan setting was making a loud noise. We rushed to get to the hot tub, since we selected this hotel for this reason (we are usually at the Hilton each week for work) As soon as we got into the hot tub-an employee was hassling us to get out bc they were closing it. Told him we were taking the extra 20 minutes we were delayed for check in to relax first and then get out. He was not pleasant about this.
