Our second year staying here, we bring a motorcycle in a car great area ride. The motorcycle in hotel is very accommodating. Wish the rooms had microwaves.

We were there back in January of this year and the hot tub wasn’t working then or this time. Ice machines didn’t work . The bed was very uncomfortable. It’s a beautiful place, but they are lacking in the maintenance department.

Loved it, but maintenance department is lacking

Very peaceful hotel. Staff was amazing throughout the hotel, all of them very polite and helpful. The maintenance department needs to step it up though. Door locks that don't work, patio door locks are barely hanging on. Our initial room was leaking when it rained, so we were moved to a different room for the first night which they comped for our troubles and then the next night we had the executive room we originally reserved. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The gazebo has a birds nest in the chandelier that needs removed. Hotel is a little dated and needs some repairs and updates, we loved it and will be back. Biggest complaint, as stated earlier, the maintenance department needs to step up their game.

The ONLY issue that I discovered was the trash can. Housekeeping said there should have been 2 and we looked everywhere, but only found one. I told housekeeping and she asked what room I was in. I told her 274. I guess it slipped her mind, because when we got back that night, it hadn’t been changed. We were in town for Inkcarceration. We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Monday. Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes! 👍

Stunning property! The bed was super comfortable. Good shower pressure. Great food at the restaurant. I found a hairball on my pillow so it made me question the cleanliness just a little bit. However, I didn't let that ruin my stay. We would definitely stay again.

Good stay, feels like due for a refresh

Overall our stay was good, but little things could have made it better. There was limited ice available in the ice machines; I tried three different ones on different floors but had to go to the front desk anytime I needed ice. There was no microwave in this particular room, which I should have paid attention to when I made the reservation. Bathroom was clean and shower was lovely, but the tub might be difficult to get in/out of for someone with mobility or balance issues. The outdoor /fountain area was pleasant, especially at night, but a designated smoking area would have been appreciated by non-smokers. Front desk staff were all very nice, and the lobby area is pretty. My courtyard view was kind of in the corner of the courtyard with an overgrown bush as the main view; the landscaping felt overdue for a trim in this courtyard. Feels like the whole place could use a refresh.
