I choose this hotel due to it’s location and thought because it was apart of crown it would be amazing. I was wrong. After informing the staff I was there because my father in law past away the night before I caught the first flight available. I was exhausted.Check in was a nightmare due to the computers going down. Having to wait for over half an hour with my 3 year old grandson wasn’t great. 3rd night in, the tv in the room would constantly turn off. This wasn’t great with a 3 year old watching his shows. I reported it twice before anything was done the following day. Terrible.. I would not choose to stay there again.

Dated interior No amenities provided such as dental kit, bottle water. a five star with zero star service. Stay at the quest cheaper and get way more than the crown.

The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was nicely presented however we soon learnt that the walls were pretty thin and we could hear everything going on in the next room. There were people screaming & yelling and making large banging noises, this went on for over an hour before I called reception to ask for them to be quiet, in the morning it started again! To top it all off the pillows were as hard as rocks to sleep on so all in all we wouldn't stay at the Crown Promenade again.

Friendly and simple check-in, went to a restaurant in the casino for something to eat (Mothers Day, so all bookable restaurants in the complex were full), show at Crown Theatre in the evening, good breakfast the following morning, easy check-out.
