The room was clean & comfortable, the only thing that downgraded my review was that I arrived afterhours, if it was not for a tennant being out the front I would not have known that After hours access is to be made via the car park.

The room was ok. A little dated but had everything I needed including a washing machine. It was a bit weird but they didn’t have any toilet paper in the toilet so I had to buy some.

The room in good condition and spacious, but staff support poor . WiFi P.W expired after first day, had to wait 2 days to get new one?? as staff on holiday??. WiFi was almost useless anyway as slow and constantly dropped out. Couldnt get TV or aircon to work or staff assistance, turned out batteries were flat and had to buy own batteries and toilet papper. Paid for carpark but non available sometimes!! No signs on how to check in, it was convience shop next door.

This is a nice mid-level apartment stay. Check-in and Check-Out was through an attached Convenience Store. The staff were very helpful, even though they weren't travel professionals. Location is on Hay Street. On the Ret Cat Loop Bus (free), which gets you up to Perth Station and the CBD streets. There are a few restaurants around and hotels nearby. Limited choice. The apartment was well-maintained and clean.

Checkin was no problem. Room old and needs re painting but ok and good location to access Optus stadium. Terrible rating due to a terrible smell the entire stay. Only improved a little with ventilation. Almost unbearable at times. Hard to pinpoint exact source.

There was no clear communication from the staff. I had to work out everything - from location of trash/recycling bins - to how to gain access to the property but myself or by asking other guests. The reception, such as it was, is the Convenience store next door. The 'manager' never seemed to be on duty...within an hour of checking in I'd told 'reception' that my inroom safe wasn't working. * days later nothing was done about it. Ditto a light bulb needed replacing in the laundry room of the apartment, the 'manager will be tiold when he arrives' Nothing. I did my laundry by the light of my mobile. No internet code was provided on arrival. A fellow guest obliged. There was clearly a change of towels after 7 days, but I only discovered this after it happened. This the only room service. A pity, since the facilities were good in the appartment and the local very handy
