Rooms were very small and pictures do not tell the full story. Also, our room was not serviced for two days. Hotel tried to tell us we were in an "Eco Room" that did not come with room service and it would cost us extra for the servicing. I queried this with Wotif who rang the hotel. We were then told, " Oh, sorry not sure which room we thought you were in". Staff were not very friendly and restaurant was overpriced for average quality food.

Arriving late, entrance to lobby not easy to find. No food available …at all for moderately late arrival. Breakfast was poor. Feels like a hotel that’s mostly closed down for off-season.
