I was staying in this hotel with my family and my mother-in-law came out with a lot of welts that look like bedbug bites, she has them everywhere, even on her face. I am worry because I was with her in the same room and I’m pregnant and I have a toddler with some bites too.

Staff was great. However, we had a King bed suite for 3 people and there were no sheets or pillowcases for the couch bed in the room and the telephone in the room didn’t work, so we had to down from the 4th floor to the check-in desk to get them. Also there was no TV guide in the room and had to get that at the check- in desk.

Excellent hotel. Would have liked more day-to-day variety on the breakfast bar, especially biscuits. Shower water pressure was fairly low on the fifth floor, and it took a long time to get hot water. Otherwise, I felt it was a good hotel, fairly priced.

Staff was excellent. Hotel is run down a bit. Room 419 --- bathroom light above sink is inoperable, Bathtub faucet drips, tea is all caffeine downstairs. Not nearly as nice as most Hamptons/Hiltons in our travels. But ,the staff was excellent.
