Everything was great! The valley guys were so helpful and polite, as well as the receptionist guy! I wish the restroom and carpet in the room felt cleaner.

Great place.. location is perfect

We really liked the proximity to both the River Walk and the Alamo as well as freeway access. The king suite we reserved was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful, the equipment in the gym worked, the self serve laundry machines were clean and new and the parking option was very close to the entrance. The breakfast options were more than adequate - including hot items and waffle irons in the shape of the state of Texas! The only suggestion for improvement would be to consider using reusable tableware and utensils. The amount of trash and foam plates that were generated with the breakfast service was disappointing.
