We were there to see family. The hotel was very pleasant to stay at. The next trip we take to the Point Pleasant/Gallipolis area, we plan on staying at the same hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The facility was also clean and well kept. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Overall nice place

Stayed here for business. Bed was comfortable and the tv had a lot of channels. Water was hot in the shower. Would stay again, only downside was no breakfast in the morning.

I am very displeased with the actions of one of your front desk staff i was checked out early on monday 4/28/25 when my stay was supposed be till fri 5/2/25 and when that happened caused me to be negitive in my bank account because theyre policy is when you check out the amount for your saty is taken from your account and because it was early i didnot have the funds to cover which is why i was booked till that Friday (my payday) i dont know if any action will be taken but i am very upset about being negitive in my bank account

We were put in a room with: ants in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder, a freeze-everything fridge and a toilet that would not stop running (loudly). On request we were moved to another room with: no toilet paper holder, more ants in the bathroom, a freeze-everything fridge, but a quiet toilet. It isn’t up to the Quality Inn Brand.

We had to change rooms immediately after checking in. The non smoking room smelled like a bar, it was underwelling decor and our TV didn't work properly. We changed rooms and it was better but not by much, we were able to get the sleep we desired for our event the next day. Thank you , we wont be back. The staff is wonderful if that matters.

Everyone was super friendly. Rooms desperatly need updates: ie; darkening "curtains" have holes, sink is stained and needs replaced, as well as tub. Room was relatively clean, except garbage on floor behind night stand. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Draft beer in lounge had a citrusy taste and couldn't be drank. Didn't partake in the free breakfast, which coupon said was a buffett but was not.

Stayed 1 night. Clean room, I booked through Expedia and they did not disclose that my room (suite) was a smoking room. Front desk person disclosed immediately upon my arrival and offered to change my room. I ended up sticking with my original room, and even though it was a smoking room, it was very clean and did not smell like smoke. Nice lounge area perfect for a couple drinks at the end of the night. Free beakfast was great, they give you a menu and let you choose 3 items. Would definitely stay again.
