Common areas, restaurant, bar area and sleeping rooms all were clean and updated. Staff were all very attentive and helpful. Bathroom in sleeping room was very small and had only two sets of towels. Housekeeping came in daily to refresh, but if you had showered in the morning and had a long sweaty day, you'd have no clean towels to use. Parking was convenient, close by and free.

Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Microwave and fridge in rooms. Close to what I wanted to do. Stairs in the middle of ground floor were a bit odd and challenging for older stayers, but I should have alerted to that--not a big deal.

Overnight stay

The stay was just over night while visiting Nelsonville, Stuarts Opera House for music. We had our dog with us, he was treated with some prizes at check in and a treat for breakfast before we checked out. It was a very enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Weekend visit to OU

The location is perfect for visiting OU and I love having the restaurant and bar on site. The rooms are clean but I find the beds to be quite hard and uncomfortable. We were there for 2 nights and didn't have hot water for showers either morning.
