No breakfast was available at 7. Had to purchase breakfast on the road. Then when arrived home had charges for items (example parking) I was never advised when booked or when we checked it When I called front desk to inquire about what the unauthorized charges were for, the staff made it clear they couldn’t care less about my concern and made it clear they could add any additional charges they want. My last stay ever at Hampton.

Room was warm, we were in the first room AC not working. Moved to another room and it was ok. The pool was close because the county shut it down?? I did not see when I was checking in that the pool is not available or we would not have stayed here. Very unhappy about that. Will be checking out today

There was nothing unique except for the poor breakfast which was overcrowded and out of coffee at 8 AM. Nothing left worthwhile by that time. Had to ask three times for towels for the room. Provided only one. If you like being run over by dogs in the hallways, this is the place for you. This hotel once was a model of excellence. Now it is an exemplar of a place you should simply drive by while looking elsewhere.

Good place but hidden fees

Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast bar was fresh and well stocked. Parking lot was well lit. WiFi worked well. I was not pleased to have to pay a security deposit, even though it is refundable and charged a parking fee. That’s not right - captive trade.

Booked the room for 3 people. Sofa bed not made and no sheets, comforter, pillow and towels in the room. Had to ask at the front desk and the hostess made it seem like such a chore to get my linens and a set of towels. She did confirm three of us in the room at check in. Disappointed. Our room was clean and easy to get to off I-95.
