Last minute I got downgraded, said they had an issue with that room. The room I did get was only partially renovated, two lights would turn on and the microwave didn't work and only one coffee. Also, they key card was turned off at 9am, so upon coming back from breakfast, I have go trough a hassle for the hotel to reactivate my key.

Room smelled musty. Looked clean. The bathroom door was hanging off the hinges and didn’t close. The tub drain was clogged. Not happy about standing in backed up water while trying to get clean in the shower, I think that’s the whole reason behind taking showers! Didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t rate that. Check-in staff needs a personality, not even a hello or welcome!

When i first check inn i was put in a dirty room then the next room faucet was broke the plugs in thr bathroom didn't work no fresh coffee or hot water in lobby i ask for late check out twice no one put it in thr system so i kept being rush out by house keeping fire alarms went of everyone was wakened up to exited the building the fire department came and come to find out the front desk clerk didn't kbow how to turn off the alarm i have stay in a wyndham hotel before and never had problems this was not only Christmas vacation it was my mom's birthday and we didn't want to change rooms again also there was a loud dog barking all morning and night

When we check in on dec 24th we were put in room 319 the room was not clean then we were put in 105 in that plugs in the bathroom didn't work the facuet that turn the water on and off was broke dec 27 we were waking up by fire alarm we had to go outside and wait for the fire department to find out there was no fire the front desk didn't know how to turn the alarm off. I ask on the dec 27th around 10 am could we have a late check they yes until 12 but when i check the same day and night it was not put in the system. Then on my check out day the housekeeping start at 10:30 rushing us to leave the room .
