We absolutely enjoyed our stay from beginning to end . The receptionist was very informative with all the amenities we had access to the QR code made it easily accessible which was great. Our room was very spacious and clean, we had a jacuzzi a lounge area,a good size balcony and a king size bed that was extremely comfortable. The entire facility was very clean and well kept every employee was happy to assist us at any time. Pools were very beautiful and clean just 5 mins from the beach. We will definitely be returning whether it is the adults only or with our children on the family side. CATALONIA is highly enjoyable and very satisfying!!!

We had an amazing stay at Catalonia Royal Bavaro - Adults Only. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Many of the staff members were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. That said, we did notice that some of the poolside bar staff serving drinks could have been a bit more hospitable, as their service didn’t always match the otherwise high level of hospitality we experienced elsewhere on the property. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time, felt relaxed, and created wonderful memories. We would absolutely love to come back!

Customer service is unmatched!! i loved everyone i came into contact with. Food was a little hit or miss depending on where you ate at. Room service sucked, food was nasty and if you ordered too late at night they would forget your order if you didn’t call the front desk. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms everyday and they did a phenomenal job!! Maintenance cleaned our pool daily and fixed our little problem we had with ants on our patio. Would definitely stay again!!

I didn't receive the free wine until two days before we left. The first room they put is in had a mold smell the second room had a view of construction the final room was better but the TV had issues but there were some great staff that made the trip better. The guest services manager that took care of the issues we had and my guy luery made the trip better.advice don't purchase excursion from the hotel lobby its a rip off we paid more and got less overall its a beautiful resort just needs some personality improvements some wait staff were rude (Beloved) restaurant staff all the other staff members were polite and treated us like family

Nice hotel but….

The room was nice. The floor tiles needed to be adhering to the floor. Also, there was a hole big enough for a rat to crawl through. The refrigerator needs to be cold. I enjoyed the restaurants and the food. The employees were friendly.
