The staff were very friendly and the bar food was really good. We were able to take shuttle back to airport and be drop off right at the terminal. They couldn’t pick us up from the terminal because it’s against the rules. It’s convenient and clean.

This an airport hotel and there are a group of hotels next to each other. The hotel seems to have been updated in the last few years do everything was looking good. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. Would stay again and actually booked for our return thru jfk in a month.

Transfer van issues

Reasonable hotel, my main complaint already raised with Reception on checkout is transfer van's seatbelts are broken on a number of seats. Been reported before by others too
