I booked this hotel paid for my room in advanced. I notified them via email day prior to my arrival that I was not going to get to my check-in until 2am. When I arrived I was told they do not reserve rooms so my room was given away. They offered to send me to a Hotel 30 mins away. They refused to pay for Taxi to get me to airport. I got to there option at 3:45am and had to be at JFK at 7 am. So I had time to shower and get my nerves together. I was livid. It cost me $70 to get to airport.

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 last night and requested a show for our 8 AM flight and all the shuttle times we needed we’re already booked so we had to pay $25 for an Uber and also I had asked for a 5 AM wake up call and that never happenedvery very disappointed. My brother is a diamond member and raves about you. Very disappointed.

Property is close to the airport. Breakfast was great. Room was clean but bathroom had pink mold spots and hair from previous guests. The bathroom just looks dirty as caulking or silicone does not fix the problems with it.
