I booked at the Hotel because parking was allegedly available. When I got into the hotel for checking the parking lot was fool and I refused to park outside. Then I could not cancel on line. Waisted of money and efforts. I am dissapointed with Travelocity. This is not the first time. You are experts in fine print travel cancelation and selling policies.

The property is renting the parking lot to a third party and not accommodating the hotel guest. Leave guest to find on the street parking in a strange area. We arrived late and had to find parking at another hotel

We booked this hotel to sleep in after a flight from Rome, Italy and before a drive home to Ohio. We arrived at the hotel at 1am. Check in was quick, and they even set up our return shuttle back to the airport so we can get our parked car. The room was good. We got a 7th Floor room away from the elevators and it was easy to sleep with little noise. The breakfast is standard Hampton Inn fare, with hot oatmeal, waffles, potatoes, eggs, and bacon. Many bread, cereal, fruit, juice and other options are there. It filled us up for the trip home.

The property was great and overall, the staff was professional and attentive. Downside was the kitchen service. While at the bar, having been traveling all day, I was hungry and needed something to eat. I ordered the pepperoni pizza. For a simple pizza, I waited an hour and twenty minutes before came to me. When I inquired, I was told this was the second day for the newly hired chef. This was the same for other patrons. Some simply walked out in disgust due to the long wait for food. Kim, the bartender who was on duty that evening, did an incredible job in pacifying and ameliorating the incoming flack directed at her from disgruntled patrons due to the delay in receiving their food. As in my case, waiting as long as I did for a pizza was totally unacceptable.
