Check in starts at 3 pm but the first available shuttle for a pickup from the airport is at 4 pm. Make it make sense? Front desk at check-in did not feel very welcoming. Every additional amenity is chargeable at this location - parking, breakfast, even in-room water bottles.. Paid such high prices to have the convenience of the apparent "24-7 shuttle" and still ended up having to Lyft. The saving grace for this place was the rooms. The room was nice, big, pleasant and comfortable. However with how expensive the prices are, one would expect more included amenities in the stay and greater flexibility with respect to the shuttle.
