Everything was good until early in the morning the fire alarm went off and was very loud and there was no fire. Didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast, and had to carry our luggage down the stairs since the elevator wouldn’t operate because of the fire alarm. When we called the front desk they just said “nothing to worry about”.

I was slightly disappointed by the age and decor of the hotel. Had an incident with the fire alarm which left the stay on a poor note. However, the staff did what they could and everyone was very friendly and hospitable.

From check in to check out, our stay was very pleasant. Tara, at the front desk, went out of her way to accommodate. Even with the lobby construction going on, we were pleased with the Hotel, the Staff, and the room comfort. We requested a higher level, which was accommodated, and never heard the construction.
