The room is clean and spacious. The lobby is pretty loud with music, which is surprising to me since people often work there, so I expected it to be a bit quieter. I was also disappointed that no one got back to me via email on the day of my arrival when I requested a shuttle pickup—only to call and find out that it stops at 11pm. A quick reply or a courtesy call would have been helpful.
