My kitchen. The fridge, stove and microwave didnt work all week. I ask about it but no answer. Had to throw fod away. Rented that spot so i can cook. But overall the hotel was really nice.

We arrived a little after 3pm to check in. The lobby was nice and inviting and clean. Our room was clean. The swimming pool was good except. The hot tub was out of order which was one reason of many reasons why we booked the room (it helps my husbands achy joints). The breakfast was okay. I thought it would have been a lot better based off the reviews. The sausage gravy was cold and the scrambled eggs were running. The juice area was out of service so we only had milk and coffee..neither of what I drink. I requested a partial refund but was denied so we will not be booking at this hotel in the future. The staff was very nice but paying $170 and not being able to use everything is unacceptable.
