Staying at the same venue your show is being held - so great! Ballroom with floor seating vs stadium, due to audience attendance. Oyster bar for dinner was lovely, definitely have reservations. Room was clean and spacious. Resort fee? Wow - $45 extra, plus 5 more for some other fee. Pricey bar, but friendly staff...

I didnt like that someone was allowed to chargea $40 meal to my room. When i confronted the front desk they made me go clear it up with the restaurant, instead of taking care of it. Then after i cleared it with the restaurant i went to check if the charge was removed and the manager was rude.

We where charged a holding fee of 51dollars to hold our room intill we got our deposit within 4hours because there was a storm the computers where not working we had to go buy a pre loaded card at Walgreens put a 102 dollars on it for the deposit or we would loose all our money a reservation money and they wouldn't take cash for the deposit ridiculous, we spent more time trying to get the card than in our room and there was a blizzard happening it was terrible, then they never returned our 51dollars and made us pay the 102dollars for deposit, very disappointed and very unsatisfied with how they handled everything
