They Lost my reservation

They didn’t have my reservation. I got in rather late after a delayed flight. Told them my name, reservation number and they didn’t have my reservation. Showed them my receipt and they won’t refund.

The staff was nice, but the room had roaches. One crawled by microwave when we opened door, and one came out of ironing board. Constantly heard dogs barking and a baby screaming all night. Trash was on floor up and down halls. My room was 199 for one night. Thank God I only spent one night there. Never again.
