Great staff accomdates medical challenges

We were in Rochester to visit Mayo Clinic. Our appointment ran late and we missed the check out time. The staff, Alex in particular, were extremely accomodating and understanding. We will always stay here when we visit Rochester.

Very quiet a nice patio outside nice pool as well. The hot tub was broken but oh well the staff was very friendly and there are parks nearby for little ones.

It was better than fair! Above satisfactory breakfast. The less then 5 star ratings is the bathtub/shower. Ther is not even a friken handle or shelf for laying even a toothbrush or hanging a wash cloth, set body wash or lay down a bar of soap!!!!! Totally unacceptable!!
