Pretty Amazing

This hotel was pretty amazing. We loved the pool and hot tub. Service was good. It was clean. The bed was extra comfortable and I got extra pillows like I requested.We would definitely stay here again.

Had to change rooms because the toilet handle broke on the first flush. The second room had very poor lighting, a towel hung behind bathroom door and poor pillows.

The entrance driveway is only able to have one car in width. So you end up waiting to be able to leave until Cars in from cleared outs very limited and not handy handicapped spaces. Restaurant connected was the worst service and food I have had in a long time.

It was nice to be so close to the Mayo Clinic and have a restaurant on site. I did note that while the staff was polite no one goes out of their way to greet you when you come in. One morning there wasn't any hot breakfast served and the front desk was borderline rude when asked about it. I understand that there are frustrations but clearly inappropriate to take it out on the guests.

The hotel was fair however the walls were paper thin. The dog next to our room barked for extended periods of time despite complaints and my son had to clearly hear the neighbors going at it multiple times.
