Right across the street from St. Mary’s Hospital. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We use Google Maps and it was up to date with the road construction around the city including near St. Mary’s.

Our room was clean, but what stands out is your staff. They were extremely helpful and kind. my husband was under a lot of stress while I was hospitalized. He had forgot some items in the room he stayed at. The cleaning staff brought the items to the front desk, who in turned call him so he was able to retrieve my favorite pair of boots. Should we have the need to return to Rochester we will plan on staying at Aspen Suites.

It is difficult to find the entry point for Aspen due to massive road construction. We had to call twice to get very specific directions. The second time, we got accurate location and parking help from Rosie. She was genuine and very informative. The facility is great - quiet and comfortable. Well positioned for access to many highilights in Rochester.
