I cant believe you even sent this to me. This hotel owner is a thief!! He refused to refund me my almost $600 for my immediate cancellation due to his behavior and the condition of the room. I went to hotels.com for help and you refused. You care more about the relationship with this hotel owner than your customers. Disgraceful!! Now you refuse to post my feedback because it doesnt speak well of your company. I guess youre not okay turning the mirror on yourselves. No I wo t be changing my review as you asked me to. This was my experience and its honest. I wo t hide your secrets for you.

The a/c was terrible in the room it was hot has hell....the thermostat kept giving an error message. There was no ice on 4th floor, had a note on the ice machine saying come to front desk. The mini fridge did not get cold but he claims it worked..

I had to wait to check in because no one was behind the counter. After 10 minutes and calling twice, Raj finally appeared. The light over the mirror didn't work, and the toilet didn't flush properly or fill the tank with water. I put out the DND sign, and they came in regardless, and moved my stuff to clean. Lastly, I asked for a receipt when I turned my keys in, and the gentleman said I couldn't get one because it was booked through expedia. He refused to give me one. That is unacceptable and the staff has a problem with incompetency.

The hotel location was perfect for us. Not in town but lose enough to drive to the far end of town in 20 minutes. Since it was south of the town it was quiet for sleeping. We didn't hear any noise from the hall or the rooms around us. There are dining options close (walking distance) or if we drove within 5-10 minutes away. Also if someone wants to see a movie there is an IMAX theater walking distance from hotel. We had a great stay for the night.
