Clean comfortable room and the breakfast was nice, not a huge selection but good. The pool area is nice with a seperate pool, hot tub and area for children. The location is very convenient to shops, the airport, good dining, and yet quiet because your not in town. Its still close enought to Mayo and St. Marys. My new go to spot when we come back to see family.

The employee at Breakfast was diligent, hard working and moved about the dining area in attempt to see that everyone was being served and to to see if all diners were well cared for. The large dresser drawer in the bedroom would open in the night and was a hazard to anyone attempting to go to the bathroom. It was definitely a danger to the guest who could have been hurt. Spoke to the manager about this prior to leaving.. My husband and I are tall and the room had a very low toilet. We requested a riser but was told by the desk clerk that he could not get a riser but one could be delivered the following day This did not happen. .The two wastbaskets werre very tiny and could not hold the waste since they were not emptied daily

I have stayed here a couple times in the past. The renovations are spot on. The cleanliness was superb. The staff were very friendly. The roll in shower and hearing impaired room worked out great for my health issues. It was an easy check in online.

First room, heat didn't work, bed was broken, large bowel movement left in the toilet, sink was broken. Relocated to another room. Remote didn't work for 1st TV, only cable box. 2nd TV didn't work at all. Fire alarm had holes around it on the wall.

My dog and husband were safe in the room, they had breakfast, they went out for a walk, and slept. We came late but the front desk person was very helpful. There was no confusion with reservation or anything. I will be coming back in three months.
