First, we were given key cards for a dirty room and or maybe it was still occupied by the looks of it. Second room toilet was broken and unsure if the heat worked. Third room the shower didn’t work that well, but we stayed. Was not upgraded to bedroom rooms or offered any compensation.

I would never stay here again. The person at the desk did not understand English well. The pool was freezing cold. The bottom of kiddie slide had a missing tile. They need to add fruit to breakfast. We found an earring on our floor upon entering room. There are much bettef places to stay.

Yuck

I was here for Mayo Clinic. This place was gross. There was coffee in the sink like someone dumped it out, red hair in the sink, black hairs all over the bed like dog hair. The towels were all dirty with obvious dirt stains and yellow stains. We didnt stay one night here and couldnt leave fast enough.

This property did not measure up to the many other La Quintas we have stayed in. The ice machines were broken, the guest laundry services were out of order and the breakfast was terrible everyday of an 8 day stay (we had to extend our stay for medical reasons0. Biscuits were overcooked. Limited options.

I really appreciate the staff at this hotel. Very efficient and knowledgeable and caring. The level of cleanliness is excellent. I could stay anywhere in town and I decide to stay here for three nights. They are doing a good job.

Better than last time

Have stayed at La Quinta in Rochester, MN several times over the years. Two requirements it meets for us, free breakfast and pet friendly. Sometimes we have to bring our dog as friends can't always keep her. The breakfast is fairly good there compared to some other Motels. The price is reasonable. Last stay there were about six small things that I found disagreeable. It was clear that good help is hard to find. The ice makers were not working. The one behind the front desk worked but it seemed no one was there about half the time. The pool was cold and the hot tub was about the temp the pool should have been. There were a few other small things that don't make or break our stay. I wonder if the La Quinta inspector didn't come by because things were much better this time. I am willing to book there again after this last experience. We're not that picky that every chicken squat thing has to be right. Maily, we need a decent mattress and a shower. However, if amenities are promised they should be in order. Having said all this, I am willing to stay there again.

What I didn't like about this property was that you had to practically beg the staff to clean your room each day. This should happen automatically. Otherwise, things were great. I would stay there again. Very reasonable price.
