They provided Uber to get us to and from Mayo clinic, however it was not stated on the site when I was checking out places to stay. It would have been nice to know about the AARP discount, but that is my fault for not checking this out.

Bed was comfortable. Towel rack fell off wall. Inside door handle fell off. Hot tub jets did not work. Pool tiles were scummy.

Meh...Our bedspread had what appeared to be blood stains on it. My husband did address this with the front desk. She was very apologetic and friendly. Our shower had literally screamed for the first ten minutes of the showers... EVERY TIME. The pool area was desperately needing a sweeping. Found an empty pop bottle, bandaids, & wrappers on the pool deck. The pool also needed a few of the lights in the area changed. It really seemed like a good cleaning & basic maintenance would've taken care of all of the issues.

Service Good - Cleanliness in Public Areas Bad

We were visiting family and the hotel was conveniently located nearby and the price was excellent. The front desk staff was good and were able to provided a disposible razor when I forgot mine. The cleanliness of the halls was not good and the whirlpool and pool were disgusting. Scum on the tiles that could be easily scratched away. Bottom of the whirlpool and pool were dirty. Band-Aid on the side of the whirlpool was there both days. Bathroom in the pool area had a clogged toilet both days. Really disgusting. We will not be back.

Softball trip

We stayed 1 night while attending a softball tournament. Room was nice, quiet, and cool- very important during the heat wave. Free breakfast before the games was convenient and had nice selection.
