Our first trip with a dog! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Every hotel employee was kind , helpful , and loved Maggie! From the endless treats to the amazing dog park , we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our first trip ever with our dog an amazing experience because we were very nervous! Our room was amazing , beds clean , ample room! If we needed extra towels or toilet paper ( we stayed for 6 days ) there were no issues getting these items! Breakfast was also amazing which was a pleasant surprise! We come to Ohio at least twice a year , this will be our go to hotel! Thank you so much!

A nice updated look to the Holiday Inn. Great breakfast options. Very clean. Large rooms with nice bathroom and shower. Friendly staff. Has become our go to Lancaster destination.

Missing staff was the theme of our stay

I had to find the desk attendent so i could check in after waiting over 10 min. The employees who were working were in a back room together. Our actual suit had previous guest food wrappers and trash in the room still and 2 towles. Everytime I saw the hotel staff they were sitting in the breakfast area talking and joking, the only entry doors were the main door making guest walk around the entire building to get in. The site needs updating and basic maintenance performed soon. Certainly was not worth the money we spent. I couldve stayed at a Micro hotel or Days Inn and i have no doubt it wouldve been cleaner and better staffed

Clean, attractive rooms with bright white linens and comfortable mattresses and pillows. Great breakfast except for the line up at the coffee machine. Pleasant deskies.
