The only reason this hotel is getting 3 stars is because of the friendly staff, otherwise it would be 2 stars. I knew upon arrival we were walking in to a dirty situation when the trash outside was overflowing and the parking lot was virtually empty. The lobby floors were dirty as well, but it has been raining earlier so I tried not to be quick to judge. However the elevator floors were dirty with trash, not wet shoes. The room situation was similar. Although I loved the fact that the room had 2 king sized bed, the room was musty smelling. The bathroom floor has visible dirt on the floor. The carpet was not better. It has not been vacuumed as there was chunks dirt on the floor as well. The carpet and the bed rails were stained. The towels were old and stiff, no flour left to those things. We actually decided to wear our shoes around the room which we never do, but there was nothing to hurt. The room stayed damp the entire night. When leaving in the morning, elevator & lobby floors were still dirty and trash still overflowing outside. Pretty disappointing all around. Especially for the price, this should be max of $89 per night given the condition.

Worth the stop

Clean, convenient, comfortable and I’m always a sucker for a shower with great water pressure. This was just an overnight pit stop during a longer road trip, but it’s a place you’ll feel safe with your family

Hotel located along the free way. It's quite conveniently located. You can find few food options within a few minutes drive from the hotel. The pool was closed (probably its outdoor pool during winter). Room we got very spacious. Minor issue with water faucet (which was off and have to smartly adjust to get the warm or hot water - cause its winter cold where the cold water was too cold to use). Another minor issue, would be great if the shampoo level (its wall mounted pump shampoo & soap) was checked before guest arrive. The room a little bit dusty, but we managed to borrow vacuum cleaner to vacuum the room carpet cause we have allergic child travelling with us. Breakfast option was average, and not many available (probably because there weren't many guests on that day staying). While the bacon quickly run out, we asked for the attending staff and she made us some sausages - thank you. Parking is easy to find in front of the hotel.
