Asked for a pillow for my son who was sleeping on the couch in our king suite. I was told there were only TWO extra pillows in the entire hotel and those were already taken. The guy on the night shift that checked us in was apathetic and not very friendly. However the breakfast staff was so friendly and helpful. The place is ok: will stay somewhere else next time.

Very friendly staff! Room needs some renovation. 2 spots on the ceiling that we were sure what it was. The tv stand and night stand was peeling off on the edges. Just a little updating. Loved the big room and bathroom.

Comfortable for one night.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The clerk was friendly. The hotel is starting to show its age with dark lighting and some stains on the carpet but it was clean. The breakfast was a disappointment. The biscuits and sausage were either old or over cooked as they were hard around the edges. Overall I’d give it an 8 out of 9 because it was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Wonderful place to stay. Everything was outstanding. This next comment is for property management as suggestion in room prep. Not as a criticism of property. Property is fantastic. It was 20 degrees outside, unusual for Ruston, Louisiana. We were rather cold and entered our room to 53 degrees room temperature! It took twenty minutes of having heat turned up to get warm.

Information incorrect on the Hotels.com site

This hotel was listed on Hotels.com as pet friendly so I made a reservation through them. Upon checking in, we were denied access as the clerk said they only accepted service animals. We were forced to make another reservation for that evening with another hotel.
