Room was in fair condition. The mattress I slept on had one side which was sunken in. The toilet had low pressure, so I had to flush several times. It was reported to the front desk, but I suppose there was not staff available to fix the problem that night as it was Christmas Eve. Disappointed that there were no USB connections available to charge up our phones. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have stayed in this hotel over the years and have noticed that it needs updating. The area is no longer as safe a place as it was years ago as a customer's truck was broken into while we were there. The price for the room was fair through Expedia.

this hotel is just a few minutes away from the Lackland AFB gate, therefore very convenient. They are super aware of the AFB ceremonies, proceedings, etc. and can advise you if you are attending something on base. they have maps, tips, timelines, etc. for these affairs. they are particularly helpful to all who are arriving for the weekly Basic Training graduation events. the rate is good also.
