Recently transformed to renewed glory, the staff were as charming as the decor. A great landing for business or pleasure.

Really good

Pulling up for valet was difficult as there was nobody there and no clear signs. Vehicles were blocking the entrance to the hotel. Hotel was great. Room was smaller than your typical hotel, but we did not spend much time in it. Shower was odd to turn on, but they sent someone up right away. Great overall property

Place was amazing

The staff was friendly and professional, especially Mavis at the registration desk. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located near the BART/MUNI station, the cable car turnaround, and Union Square. Highly recommended.

Great mid range hotel in central location. Easy to access restaurants, sightseeing locations and good for walking. Hotel was clean, good lift services, car parking easy if needed. Staff always helpful and friendly
