I was very displeased at the AC, not working in the room and then being woken up at 1:30 in the morning from the cleaners cleaning the room above us with a vacuum and scooting chairs around making the worst sound ever. We were only to be there for one night for my birthday and ended up leaving early very sad very disappointed.

Pros: • Great Location – Situated in the Financial District, it’s within walking distance of Chinatown, North Beach, and the Embarcadero. • Spacious Rooms – Many rooms offer nice city or bay views, with comfortable beds and modern rooms. • Good Amenities – Fitness center, business facilities, and an on-site restaurant/bar. • Public Transportation Access – Close to BART, Muni, and bus stops for easy travel around the city. Cons: • Extra Fees – Parking is expensive $60 night, and Wi-Fi may not be free depending on your booking. • Street Noise – Being in a busy part of the city, some rooms may experience noise from traffic and nightlife. Scamming people! Stay away!

This hotel charges your credit card and then claims that you upgraded the room when in fact it was never upgraded. This is fraudulent activity and I can't believe Hilton is allowing it to happen. Then when you try to dispute it, they give you the runaround. Spent 2 hours on the phone already trying to just talk to someone who can tell me why these charges were added.
