Savvy, clean, sleek in a very clean China town. I love the cars a aialbe to pick you up and drop off as part of the guest services. The breakfast was not buffet style but still covered side orders of fruit and drinks. It was a good deal to have it connected with your room purchase. The view was breathe taking--- clean, spacious and wonderful.

The room so very clean and the room was spacious; the only thing, we were not informed parking was billed separate and at a high rate, being the first time in SF it wasn't something I expected

When my man’s birthday came in at midnight we were forced to change rooms because the toilet overflowed and was all over our floors then we were placed in a double bed and then we were placed in a room on the 18th floor and we had paid for high rise originally on the 24th floor . This was a disheartening experience
