The staff was nice, breakfast was coffee, tea, juices, bagels, pastries, yogurt & cereal. The room being dirty made me not want to eat the breakfast! Our sheets clearly werent changed we had chocolate on them it was the first thing I noticed when I sat on the bed! So we pulled the sheets back and more chocolate smears and crumbs! We got clean sheets from the desk and changed our sheets! The toilet was so obviously dirty we didnt sit on it! They don't give a f@#k at this hotel!. My husband and son hated the hotel and took me off hotel reservation duty because of this one lol.They also have no elevator if needed! But NO ONE should be staying here more than 2 days!! We almost just went home the second night but didn't feel like taking the 3 hr drive so we stuck it out. It will be our first and last time at this hotel!

There were cigarette butts everywhere around building outside. Found food in the safe. Also food in drawers. Dead bugs on headboard and window blood splatter on wall by floor lamp and mirror on wall. Hair in sheets and on bathroom counter

My Goto Spot for Eastward Trip

Staff is always friendly. Right off -I-90, plenty off shops and restuarants just mile away. Often has availability and if your passing through, very reasonable cost.

There’s a train that goes by every couple hours, and it literally shook our room everytime. Ridiculous!!!! All through the night while we were sleeping. Everything else was great, but wasn’t expecting the train.

The keys would not work, was told it was operater error. The toilet would not flush and they said they know some times it doesn't, so they had a plunger in there. It didn't work when we used the plunger.
