Very Nice!

The hotel was very clean and convenient to food and shopping. Our room had a nice view of Mobile Bay which was very nice. Breakfast was great and the customer service was even better. 10/10 recommend!

This is a nice hotel, great location but our room was not cleaned/serviced even though other rooms were cleaned. When I raised this with the front desk, we were told the cleaners had “just departed”. We’ve stayed here before and our room was serviced then.

Hamptons always have good beds and are relatively clean, even when they are old. However clean, this Hampton just was dingy, the worst I’ve been in. The carpets were stained, the bathroom vanity was very worn and chipped, the shower yellowed, and the chair in the room looked like a chair in your 80 year old grandpas house which stains on the arms. Old and dingy is really the only way to describe. The staff, albeit nice, seemed clueless on their own services. One lady couldn’t tell me if they had a parking garage and we had to go to the front desk to ask for water. No water avalible to purchase or offered to us, even as honors members. The breakfast was sad. This place was hopping though! For a place that seems so popular you would think they would put some money into updating their services and aesthetics

Very dirty the carpet in the hallway going to the room was nasty. It should’ve been replaced five years ago. The fixtures in the bathroom had like mold on them where they touch the wall. It was just not clean overall and I felt like where I had to park. My car was a very unsafe place and if I had had to go back to my car at night I would’ve been afraid. The air conditioner or something in that room made a terrible noise all night. The carpet in the room was dirty. It just did not look clean. I was not satisfied at all. It was not up to what I thought. A Hampton Inn should’ve been.

Totally Disappointed

Everything like the microwave, tv, cable tv , and frig were on the same outlet and a multi-outlet. It tripped when we ran the microwave and I had to reset it by reaching behind the television. There are no usb ports at all in the room so you better bring a charger that can plug into the wall. Coffee maker was missing a part so I had to go to lobby and get cold coffee to heat in microwave. We also had to wait 40 minutes almost to check in even though our checkin time was past so we had to wait in the breakfast area with our suitcases. The toilet would not flush properly either so I had to go the the lobby public toilet to use the bathroom as well. There was so much wrong here for the price I had to pay that I would not ever go here again. The location is good but that's about it.
