The service was excellent, but I was disappointed that my room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. I could do without those two things, but there was no closet or iron, so I had to attend my meeting with a wrinkled shirt.

We were in Mobile for a family Wedding, the hotel was great. Our room was spacious,very clean and in wonderful condition. Most of our family stayed at this hotel and we were able to have a delicious and leisurely breakfast together. We give this hotel 5 stars.

Decent for purpose

My room selection didnt have fridge or microwave but enough space is there for it. There was a dog barking all afternoon, evening, into the morning while we tried to sleep. Reception was nice and helpful with local suggestions. Still waiting for emailed receipt after calling to request it was sent again. Overall stay served its purpose.
