The hotel rooms were pretty well designed. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a door, so it is perfect for families. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable. There was some mole in the bathroom and one rag had black hair embedded in it, but overall it was pretty clean.

The only reason for a 9 instead of a 10 was because the toilet got stopped up. Other than that the hotel was great. We will stay here next time we visit Savannah.

First room we were given we went to leave and you could open the door without the key card and staff argued with me because they locked the deadbolt and then shut it. When they tried the key card and opened it and closed it again they then saw that it was in fact able to be opened by turning the knob and pushing it open. The person working also said our room number out loud as we checked in and then again when she moved us rooms. Staff was not super friendly at check out either.

The only problem with my stay is that the front desk staff needs to pay closer attention to the guests. This would have saved me a lot of money and a bit of frustration.

This was a very nice looking property, The problem was the staff at the front desk, I wasn't going to say anything but you keep asking. All I will say is they really don't listen to guess, and they could avoid a lot of termoil if they just pay attention and stop talking, and assuming what you want to do and need.
