The property was ok - wasn’t great or even “very good” as it was listed. Not horrible neighborhood but ok. Felt a little unsafe parking so far away and walking alone. Not very lit outside. Didn’t like that there was no snack mart to buy anything, even water. Never anyone at front desk when I walked by, didn’t have breakfast.

Would stay again.

Hotel was very convenient to the Hunter Base. Breakfast was decent. Staff was extremely friendly. Pool was heated which was nice and having a hot tub was a bonus. We got a 2 queen bed room on the 1st floor. Really my only complaint was the location of the room 106. We happen the have the last room closet the the lobby and the staff laundry which was a little loud early in the morning. We will be staying again when we come back to visit will just be requesting a higher level room next time.

Breakfast attendant was attentive to replacing items used , cleaning food areas and tables. Even though he didn’t speak English he could understand enough to help us. He was very good. Did report air not working in our room reported it to the front desk in the morning and it took two days to finally get it working.Need a longer time for the free cookies to be out . Location was great to downtown, parking was good, it was quiet. Better communication to rooms being done with the front desk cause we were given a room went there and it was not done being cleaned.jacuzzi and pool were nice and beds were comfortable

We had a great time. When we first got there our room was less than perfect. However, we talked to the front desk and they put us in another room with no problem. The second room was clean and very enjoyable. Overall we had a nice time and I would stay again.

This hotel was upscale in appearance and very disappointing in front desk staff. We were assigned to Room 108. There was NO barrier between the shower and the bathroom floor, except for a shower curtain !! So, towels were needed to mop up the floor after we showered. When I mentioned this, the lady at the front desk told me that they KNEW that and the owner said that a tub needed to be installed. WHY, then, are they still assigning that room to guests ???? NOT VERY CONSIDERATE AND LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE !!!

They gave us a key to another persons room. We checked in walked up to the room they assigned us and opened the door to find someone getting changed. We came down to tell the staff and all they could say was oops there wasn’t supposed to be someone in there. then proceeded to assign us a diffrent room like nothing happened
