Wonderful property,exceptionally quiet hotel. Even in downtown Savannah, this hotel is clean, quiet and safe. Nice breakfast buffet and front desk staff are accomadating and helpful. Loved the valet parking.

The hotel was clean and quiet as well as the room. The hot breakfast included had a variety of items and was good. The problem was no hotel parking. You could with valet or find parking in a garage across the street or on the street behind it. The garage across the street is only open to jury members during the week. It was inconvenient to stay there.

Customer service was outstanding. Location is near many restaurants, shopping and bars. The valet service was excellent. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. I would recommend staying here.

We had to wait over two hours to check in. It was NOT the fault of the staff, the Mariott computer system was down and the staff eventually checked us in manually. They were on the ball and very gracious, but seriously Mariott?
