I got here at 5:30 to check in and room was not ready until 7:00pm. I had dinner reservations for 7:30pm for dinner which I missed due to I could not get into my room. I was told a baseball team checked out late and the room was not ready due to it was not cleaned up yet. I feel like I should get some type of discount for inconvenience.

Room was very small. Limited space for suitcases. Bathroom vanity was tiny & could not accommodate toiletries. Flooring was worn. I requested a 2nd suitcase stand but none were available. Towels were thin and scratchy. I sent a text at 7am asking what time was check out. At 12:35 I received a reply saying check out was at 11:00. We had already checked out prior. Only perk - Location was good for River Street but hotel valet parking was extremely high. Unloading luggage was very difficult at check-in. Only space for one car at a time so drove around the block multiple times. Would not stay at this hotel again.
