I always tried to book Hyatt during my travel years because of awesome facilities and rooms clean and nicely furnished. The service received at this Hyatt was an unexpected bad experience. The front desk staff was very good. But otherwise, I couldn’t believe this transient hotel was a Hyatt! The room service was only: spread bed sheets and change towels! The breakfast was weak and service bad. Paper cups and plastic cutlery! Bagels where displayed FROZEN and hard to toast…food cold… I just remembered my awesome experience of staying in a Hyatt. Maybe large city and non airport facilites are different. But if I return to Pooler, Savannah airport Hyatt is out of my options…

Our short stay was good. Room was clean, staff was friendly and it's very near about 35 different places to eat, as well as the Tanger Outlet. The difference between a "good" experience and an "excellent"? The cleaning staff was very loud in the hallway at 9am. Loud music and loud conversation. If you are a light sleeper, it would definitely wake you up.
