Excellent front desk staff!

I unfortunately did not ask her name but the lady at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating! Everything was new and clean. My husband and I both thought there was an earthquake happening at one point as we're from the west coast and there is apparently a train that runs behind the hotel that shakes the room! I would return just for the service at the front desk. Top notch!

Great Stay in Savannah

Great experience overall! Twelve day stay for family ! Staff was very accommodating. Clean property with rooms being very nice. Even the close proximity of the trains was non eventful. Would definitely visit this location again!

We had an overall great experience. Right off I-95 and was convenient place to stop for the night on a road trip. Room was great, able to comfortably sleep 2 adults and 3 kids.

Let’s start by letting everyone know this literally backs up to busy train trucks which I knew in advance and so that was OK as we have stayed here before and it was tolerable. What was NOT tolerable sat night was the weed coming through the AC vents at times, the children above us clearly jumping off furniture for hours on end sounding like they’d come through the ceiling and the VERY loud people across the hall. We got NO rest. I am extremely unhappy. We were told the manager would be calling - he hasn’t. I also wrote the hotel through this app- no reply. And they knew we were upset bc we had to switch rooms for the initial neighbors as well .. clearly, moving just across the hall, wasn’t distance enough. We also called down around 10:30 or 11 evening to complain about the kids above coming through. Absolutely no reaction from management.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at SpringHill Suites Richmond Hill was top-notch. Del greeted us with such warmth and even got us checked in early, which was a huge plus! We were traveling with our dog and were thrilled to receive the cutest doggy welcome gift—such a thoughtful touch! The room was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teens). The general manager, Denrick, went above and beyond by sending a personal text to check in on us during our stay—excellent customer service! They were upfront about potential train noise, but honestly, we didn’t even notice it. Peaceful, pet-friendly, and packed with Southern hospitality… this hotel deserves every one of its five stars!

Would stay again convenient location

We have stayed at this hotel many times traveling between Tennessee and Florida. The train noise has never bothered us. Always easy clean and comfortable. This last trip we stayed with our puppy and ended up taking him to an emergency vet and it turned out he ate marijuana off the ground at the hotel so I would recommend staying strictly to the dog-walk area because it is located away from the parking lot.
