Front desk staff was absolutely distasteful. Only one young lady was friendly and proper. The hotel was beautiful and clean but they over charged my card for additional nights and did not have any customer service skills.

we were warned that a train ran behind the hotel, and that was no problem, but i have a suggestion. our king room had a little desk area with 3 panels of frosted glass which overlapped a little. that was the only thing that vibrated and made a rattling noise when the train passed by, it was very annoying and a very easy fix for the hotel.

You have a management problem at your hotel. Not enough help and your check in person has a bad attitude. She was never at the front desk on many occasions. Many people including us waiting over 20 minutes to check in after a long day on the road. Fix your management problem!!
