I don't think it's a lot to ask in 2025 to have a TV that works in the room nor is it too much to ask to have the clock actually displaying the time and not flashing like someone unplugged it and was too lazy to reset it.

Nice breakfast options, rooms are quiet, friendly staff, very clean rooms. Room smelled of disinfectant and urine, but every else was spotless. Outside was loud with traffic, but was expected given the location and ease of conveniences nearby. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Quality Inn Kirkland is just an absolutely phenomenal property!! From very comfortable, excellent amenities, to the nicest staff and management of any hotel Ive ever stayed at, Quality Inn Kirkland goes above and beyond the competition!!

The bedroom sheets and pillows were not clean; I found hairs on them. This triggered my allergies, and I developed red bumps on my face and around my neck. and my skin feels itchy. Also, there was no ironing board.

Dirty bathroom.

The shower had tons of black hair in it, it was clear the bathroom had not been cleaned since the previous guests stay, it was disgusting.
