Great view overlooking Fountain Square. Centrally located to everything. Room was impeccable.

I had an unexpected emergency just a few hours after checking in, and the staff handled everything with such professionalism and care. They were incredibly understanding and supportive during a very stressful situation, and I’m truly grateful for how they treated me. I also really appreciate their help with the reimbursement process, especially since my stay was cut so short. That meant a lot, as this was a trip I had been looking forward to. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and compassion—it did not go unnoticed.

Nice stay

We have three people in our room and no extra blankets!?!?? Not even enough for the amount of guests. Our room smelled awful, like stale farts. Not the best stay. At least get enough blankets. Luckily I had one in my car. Second night, the lock broke on our door and they couldn’t fix it and they had no other rooms so they told us we could check out. Trash.
