The stay was not worth the money spent. Carpet is in desperate need of cleaning throughout the hotel. Customer service was probably the best thing at the hotel. Will NEVER stay at this location again.

I was in town for the Grambling vs Langston football game. It was a convenient stay at this property. The morning breakfast is always a plus for me when traveling.

This was one of the most customer service friendly hotel my family & I have ever stayed at. From the time we checked in until we left everything was great! Eh, not the worst, not the best- just Eh

Well, the front desk staff were great. The gentleman thanked me for being an honors member and was very nice. The coffee- in the morning I had to go down to the lobby to get coffee because the coffee maker was missing the part where you put the ground bag. So I went down and I chose the dark roast. It was like water. So I brought it up to my room and added a bag to it. The room itself was not very good. The walls had warping trim and over all the room just looked old and not well taken care of. The shower curtain was dingy. The towels and rags were nice white and soft. The bed was pretty good. The plug next to the bed was super loose and worn out. I’m not upset about the stay, I just wouldn’t stay there again unless I was guaranteed a nicer room.
