Everything was wonderful. Your maintenance people took care of my needs without hesitation. House keeping acted quickly on bringing me more towels etc. The front desk staff was able to accommodate me with a non-smoking room. I had booked on Expedia and it had made the reservation for a smoking room, without giving me the option. The Casino was busy, kept clean by your staff and it was a great weekend.

Very friendly and professional staff. Great on-site restaurants available! Local shopping good. Was there for an event at the Shreveport Municipal Center. King Deluxe room was very spacious, best tub for a big guy I'd ever had in a room! Only critiques, need to get some USB ports in the room and the TV didn't have app functions to watch my subscription services, ie Prime, Nexltflix, ect.
