Cleanliness: 8/10 The room was clean overall but showing some wear. It appears there are renovated rooms available for an additional fee, at least when I made the reservation. My only thought is why not offer these rooms at the same price if available? Water Pressure / Heat: 10/10 There is nothing like a hot shower with full water pressure. Well done! Comfort: 8/10 The room was spacious and comfortable overall. As I mentioned, it is a bit worn, but it seems they are in the process of updating.

The first room we were in smelled a bit of mildew, but we got moved to a different room. The hotel as a whole was nice. The restaurants were really good and the bartenders were next level. We had complimentary valet, but we just parked the car in the parking garage. Overall a pretty good experience and would most likely be back.

Our room didn’t have hand soap, there was a used bar on soap in the bathtub area. A screw sticking out of the bottom (outside) tub ended up scratching my leg. The shower curtain didn’t keep water from getting on the floor, we had to use the floor mat and our towels to clean up water. With the used soap along with no hand soap made me feel the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Very disappointing.

The Room was nice size but finished back in the 90s with no USB or plugs for any electronics. Lamps on the nightstand were rusted and crusty. No hot water in the bathroom for either shower or sink. That was a real bummer. No soap in the bathroom. No trashcan in the bathroom. The lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom didnt work. The elevator buttons on the main floor were gold plates that were so rusted and grimy that I used my sleeve to keep from touching the button. The valet ticket machine that we were to use to scan our ticket to have our car waiting at the valet pick-up didnt work. So much money going into this business by customers but none is coming out by the management to keep this property up to the quality that it should be. So sad.

We had snow crabs at the swafood restaurant, and these were the worst snow crabs we've had anywhere. They shells were extremely rubbery, and we couldn't get any of the meat out. Over $100 down the drain, and the restaurant staff could care less. We werengiven a room on a "newly renovated" floor, and the only water in the shower and sinknwas extremely hot.....as in scalding hot. When we checked out, we discussed the experience woth the front desk, and the lady said we need to take the food up woth the restaurant and the water issue with house keeping. This is definitely a one and done for us.
