Overall experience was TERRIBLE!!!! Out of the 5 wall outlets only 2 worked! No light bulbs in the lamps, the rooms looked like they never were properly cleaned! The filter on the AC unit looked disgusting, the TV did not work properly, the breakfast was a waste of time they were majority out of everything!!! The beds were extremely uncomfortable!!! I definitely will not be back to this location EVER!!!

This stay was absolutely terrible. The bed smelled like urine. My husband and I checked the bathroom and there were no bath towels available, so we had to go purchase our own. Lastly, the tub was terrible. It was not clean, and the shower lining was dirty and wet when we arrived. Thank God we had family in this area, otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to shower.
Had to be let in with a key by manager. Could not come and go as we had no way to get in. Air conditioning broken, very hot all night, no towels, beds unmade, food on floor, complained and was told was last room and since prepaid, no refund.
Told staff in am to cancel 2nd night as we were not offered to move. Called customer service at hotels.com still no resolution to refund money for a horrible stay.
Checked in on Thursday afternoon and went to the room it was filthy and had roaches went to the front desk immediately and requested a refund they said I had to go through hotels.com so I did that and hotels.com said I had to go through the hotel so had to file a complaint with my credit card company zero stars do not stay here
LaQuita should take their name off this hotel. 3 day stay, no one would give me extr towels, rooms filthy, moldy, stained. Very poor shape. Beds stained.TV wouldnt work and had a hard time getting someone to look at it or fix it. Ive never given s review lik this in my life
After checking in at the front desk the key card wouldnt open our door. Everytime we had to get in the room the front desk lady would have to bring a key to open. The front desk lady was extremely nice and working very hard. We couldnt take a shower because the handle for the cold water was completely missing.
The room had not been cleaned well. The floors were dirty, the counters were dirty, and the bathroom/shower was dirty. The TV did not work. At breakfast they were out of most food and coffee 45 minutes before breakfast ended.
When I arrived, there was a long line of customers waiting to check in. The system was down for the keyed cards; the frobt desk clerk said the system would be down the whole weekend. The staff would have to assist each time to enter the room. I canceled my stay and did not receive a refund from the hotel or Hotel.com
reserved a mobility accessible room and was put in a room on the second floor with no elevator - room was dirty and the shower handle was broken off - was unable to get a replacement room until 1pm the next day
The Room was horrible, shower and floor was nasty. I reserved a king size bed and when I got to location they only had a double full/queen size. Everything was so ran down and old. We only got one pillow too out of a room made to accommodate 4. Staff member was apologetic and accommodated me the best they could room wise.
There were mushrooms growing in the bathroom, dead animal skeletons on handrails. They didn’t clean the room the entire time we were there! Air conditioning was leaking all over the floor! Microwave wasn’t working unless you unplugged the lamp and fridge! The bathtub didn’t drain, the towels were stained! Can in and just moved the remote, yet didn’t clean or make beds! The manager was weird and kept staring making us feel uncomfortable! Never gave us clean towels, and we had to go get toliet paper from the desk, and the tv didn’t work for two days!
Check in was good as the employee there was super friendly. At first I was given a room that didn’t have sheets and was still dirty. After changing rooms, the second one was still gross. Sheets were stains and floors were still dirty. The toilet was leaking water through the tiles and the second bed was as if a 500lbs person lived on it. We were there for one night for a road trip but I’d say never again. The owners should be ashamed but I’m sure they never show up to make sure anything is in good order and if they do they need to grow up and give a crap about their hotel.
When I got into the room there wasn’t any toilet paper. There wasn’t any towels in the room either. I had to go to the front desk and ask for both. The mattress was a little uncomfortable too.
