Absolutely Awful – Avoid at All Costs!

Worst hotel experience! The service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and barely spoke English, which made even basic communication nearly impossible. Trying to speak with a manager? Forget it—no one was available, and no one cared. The room was disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub, dirt and grime on the floor, and not even a liner in the trash can. It clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in who knows how long. I felt uncomfortable even setting my bags down. To make matters worse, the hotel is in a sketchy part of town. There were random people wandering around the property at all hours! I didn’t feel safe, and I definitely didn’t sleep well. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever!

Traumatizing experience

The place was horrible and I had traumatizing experiences. AC did not work, bed was broken, unsanitary conditions, roaches, lock did not work, no coffee maker, mold, dirt, everything broken. When I asked to switch to another room they asked me to leave without refund and go to another hotel. Late at night with little kids. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing to eat and roaches crawling on the table. I cried multiple times and they yelled at me.

The place is terrible, smells like moisture and weed inside the room, the bathroom is dirty, the bed sheets are smelly and not clean, we did not stay, we looked for another hotel and had to pay $200 because it was 1030pm. We went to the front desk and asked them to reimburse because we would not stay, the person laugh and say there's no way.

Pitiful hotel

We ended going to another hotel. The 1st room looked like the popcorn ceiling was going to fall on us. One lamp had sliced wires, another the prong was broken off. The toilet was barely working. They afford another room. The sheets were stained and looked dirty. All we got was "I'm sorry, sorry, sorry." We lost the money we paid for that room and went to another hotel.

Read and beware

I left 30 minutes after checking in. La Quinta needs to pull their franchise. The lobby had poorly maintained baseboards. The bathroom in the lobby filthy. It was not inviting. The room has a baseball hold in the wall that connects the front room to the back . So someone can spy in your room. The plugs had no covers. No lightbulbs in the lamps. Words hung out under the guest table. We have cpap equipment. No plugs on each side of bed to utilize. The bed sheets was wrinkled. The tub was not scrubbed. I did not smell clean .The steps that lead to the upper room were broken and cracked. We and other guest were demanding our refund I have stayed in over 18 la Quintas and was content. Even the one last year where me and my daughter got stuck in the elevator and firemen had to rescue us. I hope I can trust the many to cancel this reservation and return my money. He was a nice guy. I felt sorry for him

Hooker Palace

The pictures need to be updated for this property. The property looks nothing like the pictures display. To sum it up, looks like one of them hotel scene you see in the movies where people bring hookers to. The bathroom door had a big hole, the tub was disguising, the pillows and sheets had stains on them. Pulled the sheets back on one of the beds there was a pub hair. Another thing is there was a conjoined room and you can hear everything going on in the next room. I took pictures to present to the manager. He offered another room or refund. The lowest of lowest stars. Not a recommendation.

The bathroom wasn't clean, and the towels has stains. There wasn't no "No Disturb" sign for housekeepers don't come in our rooms. They took the old towels away that we used for the floor but didn't replace them with new towels.
