The hotel is attached to a rundown mall, so the immediate area is a little weird. The hotel is much dingier in person compared to the photos. Walls are thinner than expected and you can hear children from other rooms and in the hallways. The room met our needs and the breakfast was good! Just not as nice as I expected from the price or the pictures.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Found bed bugs on our bed in the morning right before checkout. We notifed the front desk and all they had to say was “sorry about that”.

Overall, this was a good place and appropriate for the price. Everything was nice and seemed generally clean. There were some mild cosmetic blemishes, which are not uncommon to hotels. I would definitely stay here again if need be.

Tub floor sloped and extremely slippery. Asked staff for ground floor room, they said it would be a up charge switching from a king room to a queen room, no courtesy offered to choice club member. Luggage carts not available requiring several trips to carry gear to car, single elevator very small and busy, ended up using the stairs. Staff shortage get clean towels at front desk. Train tracks next to hotel busy and loud.
