The staff was great, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was nice. However, there was no hot tub, even though the site said there was. Also, the pool was absolutely freezing! The next day, they turned the heater on, but there was something gross in the water. This was very disappointing, because we’d paid for a late checkout specifically to take advantage of the pool and hot tub.

We asked about early check in and were told it was not possible - before they even checked to see if our rooms were ready. Then the rooms I booked were mixed up. In addition, my room had a floodlight shining into the window, which was only partially blocked by pulling down the shade. Location was good, but not a great stay.

By FAR the best hotel in Greenville. Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff and a substantial snack and alcohol selection. This was my third time staying here and I'll be returning again in a few weeks. Highly recommended.
