Took a business client to spend the day at the casino and to relax in the hot tub and lazy river. It was her birthday and staff treated her special, gave her a birthday cake. We upgraded to a double from a king, and asked for an early checkin if available. They were quick in satisfying our changes and requests. We had a good time gambling and taking a dip in the pool, we will return.

Nice amenities within the hotel. Overpriced coffee shop and snacks. Extremely noisy room right next to elevator. Don't put anyone in a shared wall with elevator. I had to change rooms. It was the elevator itself creaking through the walls - not the noise of people. Cigarette smoke downstairs was gross, but I guess that's what you get with a casino.

Our room, #630 was next door to a very loud group of children, they didn't settle down until 11:00 PM. Then an alarm in that room went off at 4:30 AM. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Overall nice resort

Some restaurants have limited hours and are only open on certain days. The pool closes 8pm, which is fine for kids. However, it should have after hours for adults, since it’s a resort (leaving many options other than just limited restaurants and casino). Especially, since it’s warm most of the year at that location. It should stay open to at least midnight.

I ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND AN OVERNIGHT SUMMER STAY TO FLOAT IN THE LAZY RIVER ALL DAY ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS MY SHEETS HAD STAIN THAT LOOKED LIKE DRIED BLOOD THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK CARE OF IT WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM AND WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH CHECKING IN. WE USED BELL BOY SERVICE BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT OUR ROOM HAD NOT EVEN BEEN CLEANED I NOTIFIED FRONT DESK AND THEY CHANGED OUR ROOM BUT OUR LUGGAGE DIDNT GET TO THE CORRECT ROOM!! NO BIGGIE THEY TOOK CARE OF THAT RIGHT AWAY. THEY COMPENSATED US BY ALLOWING US TO CHECK OUT AT THREE SO OVERALL I DO NOT HAVE A COMPLAINT BECAUSE THEY QUICKLY TOOK CARE OF OUR PROBLEMS. AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS SO VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL ESPECIALLY SINCE I AM DISABLED NEEDING A WALKER VALET SERVICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I BOOKED OUR NEXT STAY FOR AUG AND SEPT BEFORE WE LEFT SO YES GO AND ENJOY YOURSELF IN THE LAZY RIVER AND EAT EGG ROLLS AND FRIED RICE AT ASIA!!!

Checking in was fast, the rooms were spacious. The property was beautiful and inviting to all. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft/hard, So you have an option for either of those. Now dining options were very limited, no breakfast during the week only weekends. Most places advertised were closed. The rooms are big with comfortable beds if only they were clean. As we started to settle in checked everything the shower was dirty had someone’s else hair on the shower floor and on the restroom floor. In another room there was throw up on the sink handle bloody snot on the wall and omg one of the beds had so much dirt in them which we didn’t see since our son slept in another room with family members. As we moved the covers that’s when we noticed. We spoke to the manager and let her know and she said she will send somebody to clean our rooms and nothing. I went again the following day and nothing. Upon checking out we were promised our first night credited for 2 rooms the 3rd room smelled strongly like weed and we had kids with us. So now we have to see if they will even make it right since we reserved with Expedia they said they don’t. As their words in the front desk not ours. Since the manager we spoke too was not there upon checking out, We were promised by Mrs. Amber and now being told by another manager that can’t make it right. We have pictures as proof that we showed her.

Beautiful hotel casino with lovely rooms. Hotel casino staff were awesome. The rooms were beautiful and clean and casino as well. Plenty of tables and machines to enjoy a fun time gaming. Beautiful pool and lazy river to relax and enjoy your morning or afternoon.

Property overall is very nice. A lot to offer inside. Check-in was speedy even though there was a line. Valet and bell service were top notch. Dining at Johnny Sanchez was not so great. Although we waited only about 20 min for a table, the actual service was poor. Our cocktails ordered pre dinner were delivered with dinner and was told there was only 1 server and our waitress had to make them herself. I felt bad for her as she was overwhelmed as well. Food was a bit cold and blackbeans a dried up blob. Maybe Johnny should check on what he is serving if he puts his name on it. Also room smelled like smoke when we checked in. I notified the front desk so I would not be charged for special cleaning services when I do not smoke. They sent someone to freshen it but still had a funky smell. Maybe they could pipe some pleasant smell into the vents if they are not going to charge people that do abuse the rules.
