The location is great. It is always clean and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

Excellent overall. Rooms great size and clean. Service and front desk staff excellent. Air conditioning poor and very cold at night as it was noisy. But they did offer to fix. Overall very nice, kind and caring staff.

I liked the fact that they had an area where you can sit and relax in comfortable chairs and have a drink. Location was good for the theatre. Just a short walk to restaurants etc.

Amazing staff, excellent service! The hotel staff went above and beyond at check in and throughout my stay, they were extremely helpful with directions and transport options, as well as answering any questions i had. Great hotel, fantastic location opposite Southern Cross Station.

The staff here are lovely and professional. I asked for a late checkout which was happily provided for. The coffee in the buffet breakfast was the best thing, not so much for anything else.
